Instrumentation Technology Systems is a California Corporation, that has specialized in the design and manufacture of video instrumentation and timing systems for the defense and industrial market since 1978. Products include models designed for laboratory, harsh environment, airborne/ vehicle mounting and board level for VME, ISA and PCI bus configurations. Functions available are:

• Video Insertion, the addition of annotation and graphics to an existing video signal. Products include: IRIG time inserters, GPS time inserters, cross hair & reticle inserters  and video annotators.  Single and Multi-channel models.
  
• Video Data Encoding, the insertion of machine readable data into video. Edge encoders, Scan Line encoder and corresponding decoder models are available.  Rack mount, airborne and board level configurations. 
  
• Video Synchronization Systems, providing for the synchronization of color or B/W video cameras to serial time codes or GPS time signal. 
  
• IRIG B Time Code Readers, Generators and Translators.  Rack mount, airborne  and board level configurations available.
  
• GPS Receivers
  
• Video Frame and Field Recorders
  
• Video Pattern Generators.  Special purpose.
  
• Time Code Displays.  IRIG and  NASA time codes.
  
• Pan&Tilt, Camera Controllers, including Master and Remote hierarchical  Controllers and Receiver/Drivers for both visible and infrared cameras

ITS can also provide custom designs from modifications of existing products to completely new units, or VME and PC cards configured to user specifications.
